In parallel with preparing for a larger financing round for Leondrino, we are in talks with selected banks. The production environment for a Leondrino stablecoin infrastructure is being prepared, which will be used for corporate tokens belonging to the upper Leondrino token classes B and A. In addition to the commitment of the consortium partners, it is also planned to use the proceeds from the sale of XLEO for the development of this infrastructure. As part of an XLEO summer special offer, we are providing exclusive purchasing conditions for XLEO.
The current standard selling price for XLEO is EUR 0.70. Consumers and retail investors can purchase XLEO tokens directly through their Leondrino Wallet and receive an additional 20% of the XLEO amount purchased during the Summer Special credited to their XLEO account, provided the purchase is made by August 31, 2024, 12 midnight CEST at the latest.
For tokens purchased between September 1 and September 30, 2024, 12 noon CEST, you will receive an additional 10% of the token amount purchased. Concerning the maximum amount of XLEO that can be purchased per transaction and month by consumers and retail investors, the standard restrictions for token class C apply – see info page on Leondrino Token Classes.

Depending on the investment amount, we also offer special conditions as part of the XLEO Summer Special. To match your investment commitment, you will receive a contract proposal for a purchase agreement (Leondrino SAFT) and/or a contract proposal to sign a loan with the option to convert it into tokens once they are available for public trading (Leondrino Convertible Note).
